Is this item new or refurbished?

All of our items are brand new, factory sealed, USA model.

Does it come with the manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes it comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. We are authorized retailers. For any factory warranty issues, call us directly as we service all warranties through our retail store.

Does it require tax?

Tax is per eBay's discretion. Please add to cart and proceed to checkout. Then you will know if tax applies.

What’s the difference between this and the TV at my local retail store?

Same exact model you would buy from your local retailer.

What is the best/lowest price you will accept?

Please submit an offer and we will accept or counter. If no "MAKE AN OFFER" button is on the listing, then these prices are non-negotiable.

What is your price match policy?

If you purchased an item and our own price drops before your item has shipped, we will gladly match the new price.

If your item has already left the warehouse, we cannot match any reduced pricing since prices fluctuate from the manufacturer to us on a weekly basis.

How long will it take to receive my TV?

Up to 10 business days transit time.

Can I change my address after checkout?

Unfortunately it is against ebay policy to ship to any address other than what is listed on your order at check out.

If you would like to change your address after checkout, we can cancel the sale and refund your money so you can re purchase it and use your correct address at check out. Address change fees may apply, as per PayPal and eBay policy.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Each item ships with insurance. If it is damaged in shipment, contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery. If your item is in fact damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

So sorry we do not ship over seas. Try finding a freight forwarder in the US - we can ship to them, and they can ship to your country.

Do you accept VISA/Mastercard/Discover? Can I pay wth multiple payment methods?

For payment questions, please contact eBay or PayPal. We do not take payment. We are just a product fulfillment company.

Can I pick up from your NYC location?

We list that we ship from multiple locations. Most items are not available from our NYC warehouse. For insurance reasons pick up is not allowed. If the item is damaged between the warehouse and your home, then we cannot file a claim for the damages.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted in the first 30 days from the date of delivery.

If your item is defective out of the box, you are covered by a lemon warranty. Contact must be made within 30 days of item delivery date. If your item is in fact defective, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Each item ships with insurance. If it is damaged in shipment, contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery. If your item is in fact damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

For buyers remorse there is a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping.

Can you supply me with a receipt from your company directly/ not from eBay?

We do not issue receipts as we do not process payments. Please use your ebay receipt. If you need repair during the warranty period, contact us directly.

I added a CPS warranty at check out. How is that delivered?

Your warranty will be issued via email directly from CPS you via email

The sales team reviews offers M-F 10a-4p and once on the weekends. Please standby for an acceptance or counter offer.

Should I register my item?

No registration is required. If you come across any issues with the unit, we will service the warranty with the manufacturer on your behalf. Please let us know if you need to service your product.

There is an unpaid item case open. Can you please close it?

eBay might automatically open an unpaid item case. If they do, ignore it as it is something that will close automatically in a few days. We would remove it if we could. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Can I have my package held for pick up?

TVs: for insurance reasons pick up is not allowed. For all other items: we can hold your item for pick up at the local FedEx Office location. If you need this done, please call or email us.
