Payment Information

Q: Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?

A: Paypal is our preferred method of payment for all orders. If for some reason Paypal isn't viable for your payment, please contact us. Payment methods other than Paypal may delay shipment of your order.

Q: Can I pay using PayPal?

A: We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not already a PayPal member, signing up is easy! To learn more, or to get started, visit PayPal's website at: www.paypal.com.

Q: Can I pay by C.O.D.?

A: Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: Since we are a Wisconsin company, we are required by state law to charge WI sales tax when shipping to Wisconsin addresses only.

Q: What happens after I have paid for my item?

A: Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 1:00 P.M. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. If there's ever a problem with an order, we'll contact you ASAP.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we currently ship to all countries. Please see our shipping & handling policy for terms & conditions.

Q: What shipping methods do you have available?

A: We ship most of our items via USPS. From time to time we do ship UPS or FedEx.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: After your order has been processed and shipped, USPS usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver (for continental US orders). If you need your item faster, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

Q: How much are the shipping and handling fees?

A: The shipping/handling fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the items details. The fees cover USPS shipping and handling charges that we incur.

Q: Do you allow local pickup at your location?

A: No.

Q: What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?

A: If a package arrives damaged, please contact us and hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by the shipment company. If your shipment does not arrive, you can contact us for further assistance.
