The absence of proper packaging, slow shipping, and lack of communication are explained with the seriously deceiving photos of the listing, and that explains why this seller does not accept return. The seller states NO RETURN unless the item is "GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED", and "grossly" is left to the seller's interpretation. The emeralds in the earrings are different in cut, are not alike, and each of the earring is different from the other. Deception at the best, absolutely worthless purchase
