Mediocre Transaction - Purchased auction for (3) 10 lb bags of Reptisand. When order arrived only one bag was included. Buyer stated it was a change in what the manufacturer was offering. However, it was their listing and I feel they should have honored what they agreed to sell. Initially made offer for a 35% rebate, when I had only received 33% of the product I ordered. After some back and forth a $15 dollar rebate was settled on, which was just under 50% of the original purchase price.
