I don’t know how to explain this but… I ordered 5 39” BFGoodrich tires on a Friday around 1pm. Got a shipment confirmation later that evening. The next morning I received an early delivery notification. Well all 5 showed up at 3:30pm Saturday the next day… Didn’t ask for any kind of overnight or next day delivery and they weren’t supposed to come until the following week. Couldnt ask for better service than that. I saved this seller and will only use them from here on out for all tire purchases.

Item was listed at a price that was lower than it should have been, and instead of making their own mistake right and sending my order, the seller refunded me. I emailed and called them and they refused to make it right. I know some other people who ordered at this price did receive their order while I did not. Very unhappy with Discount Tire Direct, and they have lost a long time customer and prior employee. Do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
