Bad communication. Very slow shipping. Reply to my few emails 8 days after I paid. It took another 3 days to ship. Used cheapest USPS and took longer to receive. It took 16 days from the day I paid to received the remote control. I could buy it from foreign dealer (10 days to deliver, $15 cheaper). I regret buying from here. If you don't like waiting many days without reply, don't buy here.
