I purchased 5 chains on July 1st. On 7/20, I still hadn't received them and the tracking showed that they were never sent!! Although the seller did provide me a refund, I find this absolutely ridiculous! No message letting me know what happened, no apology...just a refund. I won't buy from them again, that's for sure!
