Summary of My Selling Policies
PayPal payments preferred!
Using PayPal, you can pay conveniently using your credit card, electronic check, direct withdrawl from your bank account or paypal funds.
Cashier's checks and US money orders sent by mail will also be gratefully accepted!
Sorry - no personal checks can be accepted by mail at this time.
You may "send your personal check" electronically through PayPal!
Please pay for your selections within seven days.
Items remaining unpaid after seven days may be relisted, or otherwise sold, and your purchase attempt may be voided.
As per law, 6% state sales tax will be charged and collected on purchases shipped to addresses in West Virginia.
Due to increased expenses, a ONE DOLLAR packing fee will be added to EACH SHIPMENT.
(NOT each item! - If you purchase one item, to be shipped individually, a ONE DOLLAR fee will be added....
HOWEVER, multiple purchases, paid and shipped together, will still incur ONLY the ONE DOLLAR PER SHIPMENT fee!)
I will do my best to ship any item to any place, by any method the buyer prefers!
Most items can be shipped world wide.
Any item which has restricted shipping areas, due to United States laws, will clearly specify these restrictions in the item advertisement!
I reserve the right to ship items which could be considered "weapons" only to US addresses.
I will ship by any United States Postal method (express mail, priority mail, parcel post, etc.); United Parcel Service, Federal-Express,
or any other such carrier; or arrange freight delivery as required for oversized items.
International shipping will be determined by the most practical, mutually-agreeable method.
Shipping charges for all items will be based upon the actual weight of the item, packaged to ship.
If an item is offered with a "flat fee" to ship that particular item, that information will be clearly stated in the individual item's advertisement.
I ship Monday through Saturday.
Shipments by US mail options are normally sent out within 24 hours.
Shipments by UPS and such carriers MAY take up to three days to ship, due to my remote location.
Freight shipments will be arranged as quickly as possible, with the buyer advised of all shipping progress
International shipments MAY take up to three days to ship, depending upon the carrier or shipping service employed.

(This makes communications clear and expedient for both of us!)
Refunds & Returns
I personally inspect every item prior to listing.
Any virtues, warranties, flaws or idiocyncracies of all items are clearly detailed in the advertisement.
I recommend buyers exercise their option to add shipping insurance to their purchases, to protect them in the event of a handling mishap!
Damage incurred during shipment must be reported to the delivery service.
(Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives - be sure to point out damage to packaging to the delivery person as soon as possible, to aid in any claim you may have for damage to the package contents!)
I cannot be responsible for damages to shipments which occur enroute.
Should an item prove unsatisfactory, for reasons other than shipping-damage, please contact me immediately!
If you desire a refund, for any reason, you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Replacement or refund can be arranged, if the buyer elects.
All refunds and replacements are handled on an individual basis.
Items must be returned in the same condition which they were sent. (Please don't wear it to the party, then send it back...)
Responsibility for costs of returning shipments will be determined by the reason for return - if I am at fault or in error, I will pay for the return shipping.

Questions or comments sent through eBay are processed before all other email.
All emails are answered as quickly as possible - however I do not use an "autoresponder" - so you may not get an IMMEDIATE response.
Normally, all emails are personally replied to within a few hours.
Please understand that occasionally an emergency arises, and one may be forced to be away from their computer... I will not ignore your email!
