Because of a recent customer’s unhappiness with an item I sold, she chose to break my 100% positive feedback record. She did not contact me prior with her dissatisfaction or I would have happily refunded her $8 item without requesting it be returned.
I bring this up here only to reiterate how I feel about my reputation with my buyers and their satisfaction. My Store is not simply a source of income, I take great care and pride in the character I have built over the last 16 + years and I, and my store, are much more than one unhappy customer.
