The seller said they had an issue with shipping to me and asked that I arrange shipping privately. They then refunded my original purchase and asked me to re-purchase through Zelle, which I did. The item arrived but was NOT the item pictured and, in fact, was a completely different part number that did not fit. Despite multiple messaging through eBay, gmail, and phone calls, the seller has been completely unresponsive and now radio silent. Very disappointing transaction-would not recommend.

The part fit the vehicle it was as described no problem with the seller, and they actually lowered the price for me not that that would be something he would do in most situations, but in this situation it made sense, and when I brought it up, he took care of it, and I ended up buying from him confidently the part showed up fast but there is a metal wire, stuck in between the puppy and the power steering pump itself which I did end up having to remove myself it wasn’t easy and needed disclosed
