At DROPNDEAL LLC, we understand and possess a sense of urgency in the processing and shipping of your merchandise.
(1) With very few exceptions, all orders are packaged and waiting on receipt of payment to finish the shipping process. (2) All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment receipt. (3) We ship every day (except after 12 Noon Saturday and all-day Sunday). Your order will still be processed; however, it will ship out on the following Monday. (4) Because some buyers want their merchandise faster than others, we offer several shipping options such as Parcel Post, Priority, UPS, FedEx, and Express. Obviously, each of the faster delivery options come at a price which is controlled by the carrier, not by us. In addition, we have ZERO control over delivery time once the package has been handed off to the carrier. (5) Our commitment is 5-Star ultra-fast processing and shipping after receipt of payment!

(2) The eBay rate calculator is included in all of our listings. Use this to determine the postage rate for the various shipping options indicated. You pay our discounted rates! (3) Paypal confirmed shipping / mailing address are preferred. We will ship to any Paypal or eBay listed addresses. We will not ship to an alternate address. (4) Special attention is paid to item packaging security to ensure that no damage occurs during shipment. In fact, bubble wrap and other packaging materials will often result in very large packages. Therefore, extreme effort is taken to keep package sizes minimized resulting in lower shipping costs. (5) Insurance is optional for most items. If you (the buyer) decide against purchasing insurance, then you agree to hold DROPNDEAL LLC harmless in the event of any damage that occurs during shipment.

- Negative or Neutral Buyer Feedback: Regardless of the reason(s). This is an indicator that a person cannot work out their problems, or cannot comprehend very simple auction descriptions and eBay rules. Each case is viewed individually. We will work with you through any issue!
- Low Feedback Score: Most negative feedback received / given on eBay is from new buyers / sellers with low (less than 30) feedback scores. For those with less than a 10-feedback rating, please contact us prior to bidding or risk being blocked/dropped from bid activity.

We leave and expect to receive 100% POSITIVE Feedback. Feedback is left immediately upon receipt of Positive feedback from the buyer. This tells us that the transaction is complete and that the customer is delighted. This is not feedback manipulation or hostage as the simple minded will advertise. It is simply a business policy. If you have any problem with this feedback policy, then please do not bid. If you experience any problems at all with your order, do not hesitate to contact us for resolution.
Prior to bidding, the buyer is totally responsible for reading and comprehending the item description including these terms and conditions in their entirety; research and complete understanding of and/or knowing how to use purchased item; size and measurements; asking questions and accepts all liability related to said knowledge and will hold seller and original owner completely harmless related to same. Items Are Guaranteed Fully Functional and/or As Described. In the unlikely event an item is received defective or not as described, returns will be accepted only after meeting all of the following conditions:
- Item Arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) and completely non-functional
- Properly described item cannot be returned for any reason
- Buyer Must Contact Seller within 24 Hours of Delivery.
- Item Must Be Returned In Original Secure Packaging and In Original Secure and Completely Undamaged and Re-Sellable Condition
- Buyer Pays All Return Shipping Costs (non-refundable)
- Buyer Returns Item Insured with Tracking Information (non-refundable)
- Returned Item Will Be Inspected Before Processing Credit. If item found to be in proper working condition and/or as described buyer will be contacted to determine remedy. Otherwise it will be treated as No Pay
