I went overboard for this buyer; who wanted me to sell the Buy It Now item for less. I relisted it at Auction with a $9 reduction - me, covering freight. I have the emails referred to - if anyone cares to know the truth. It was shipped 2 days earlier than my allotted time. Something's wrong with the process. If it's about Attitude, why can't sellers give Negative feedback. An eNtitled eBayer, happy with item, but gets to spout! Buyer is right about one thing, they will never buy from me again.
