Payment and Shipping

  1. What are the accepted payment methods?
    We accept PayPal,, Western Union Money Transfer and Western Union International Money Order (subject to surcharge).

  2. What kinds of shipping options do I have?
    All items will be shipped from Hong Kong through post office. You may choose to ship by regular airmail or Speedpost.

  3. Would you ship to my country?
    Yes. We ship world-wide but please seek our confirmation before making an order if you are resided in countries other than North America or Europe.

  4. How long does it take to ship items to my country?
    Shipment will be made within 48 hours after payment received. Delivery to North America and Europe normally takes 7-9 days. If you take the Speedpost option, it takes only 1-3 days.

  5. Is there any way to track the shipping status?
    Yes. We will provide you a tracking number if items are shipped by regular airmail with registration or by Speedpost. You may track the shipping status online.

  6. What will be the risk for international shipment?
    The risk for international shipment is extremely low. For items that are shipped by regular airmail with registration or by Speedpost, the post office will be responsible for compensation if items are lost or damaged in transit.

After-Sales Service

  1. What is your return policy?
    We provide full product price refund for any defective on arrival (DOA) items within 21 days from the date of purchase. However, shipping charges are non-refundable. You need to return the item in original packing and pay for the return shipping.

  2. Is there any warranty for my purchase?
    We do offer warranty for some of our products. Please refer to the item description for details.
