When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 24 business hours of receiving payment, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Orders are processed the next business day on weekends and holidays. Packages are shipped out daily on business days. We offer a tracking number for each package shipped in US; the tracking number is available within 24-48 hours of shipping, while your package is in transit.
What is your return policy?
DH Electronics Group offers a 14-day return policy on accessories. Our return policy on most cameras and lenses is 7 business days provided the camera or lens proves to be defective. We offer a full refund with the exception of shipping charges incurred by the buyer.
What is a refurbished camera part?
Refurbished cameras part have been thoroughly repaired, inspected and returned to factory specifications. Basically, refurbished units are as good as new, since our in-house, factory-trained technicians repair and rigorously test each unit prior to the items being sold.
What does the 30-day DH Electronics Group warranty include?
We offer a 30-day warranty on all consumer electronics, including cameras, lenses and tablets. If the unit fails due to a defect inherent in the unit, we will either offer to repair the unit at no charge, replace the unit or issue a full refund. DH Electronics Group will inspect the unit for defect prior to issuing a refund.
Warranties do not cover liquid damage, impact damage or customer-induced damage. Underwater cameras and housing are not eligible for a UEG warranty.
Are accessories automatically included with each camera or lens I buy?
Our listings specify whether accessories, such as batteries, cables or chargers, are included. Each listing varies in terms of the accessories included, if any, so please refer to each listing for details.
