 PAYMENT TERMS

  • MONEY ORDERS (REGULAR OR ONLINE),CASHIERS CHECK,PAYPAL,BANK TRANSFERS, MONEYBOOKERS

  • ANY MAJOR CREDIT CARD CAN BE USED TO MAKE A PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS.ANY PERSONAL CHECK SENT WOULD BE SENT BACK.

  • TEXAS RESIDENTS PAY A SALES TAX OF 8.25%.SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN CALCULATION OF TAX.

Payment should be received no later than 5 days after sale. Though we try to accommodate late payers we cannot guarantee delivery after the stated time.We shall file non paying bidder for non payers. This could jeopardize your Ebay membership. Hence do not buy if you are not serious about following through.

SHIPPING TERMS

  • If you are within USA you will pay a shipping and handling charge of [SHIP_FIXED_AMT] for each unit ordered. We reserve the right to choose the carrier of our choice.

  • If you buy 2 or more products we can combine shipping if we receive 1 payment for all your purchase. In that case you can deduct 5% off from shipping cost of each order.

  •  Shipping can be upgraded by paying the below mentioned charges over and above the normal shipping costs

3rd DAY $15 MORE

2ND DAY AIR $30 MORE

OVERNIGHT $45 MORE

These charges are for each unit ordered. The above upgrade costs are generic and may increase in case of exceptionally heavy products. In that case we will communicate it to you and only after you agree shall we proceed with the transaction. However for about 99% of our products we do not anticipate such a scenario.

  • Pick ups of orders is not permitted. Please do not bid if you wish to pickup .

  • If an item with no 2nd day air promotion is combined with the one which is 2nd day air we may at our discretion ship each one separately or combine the 2 to normal shipping.

                                          GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We attempt to ship all orders whose confirmation of funds is received by 11 A.M on a working day the same day and have been achieving a 99% success rate in that. We however request customers to bid assuming it could take 2-3 business days to ship after confirmation of funds. This is to overcome contingencies.

  • We are the internet arm of a wholesale business and the inventory between our brick and mortar and internet business is common. While this is the reason for us to to be able to offer excellent deals that also can be the reason for us to be out of certain items albeit very rarely. While we do endeavor to ship the product asap there could be times we are out. In those rare cases we would email the buyer and give the option of waiting till new shipment arrives or getting a full refund. We shall claim the ebay fees by filing a mutually agreed to cancel transaction claim .We request you to keep in mind the above while bidding.

  • Insurance if provided would be optional.

  • In case of Lost or Damaged product it will be the responsibility of the customer to file and follow up a claim with the shipping carrier. We however will provide all assistance in the matter. We may at our discretion follow up on the customers behalf with the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

  • New Goods shall be accepted back till 5 days after receipt subject to the following

We are communicated the intent to return within 5 days of your receipt of goods as per Shippers records.

We shall give you a RMA no. which shall have to be quoted with the returned goods. No returns shall be accepted without RMA no.

The item was not abused, blown or damaged by improper installation, water damaged, dropped, etc. Receipt of professional installation is required.

The product is bench tested before installation. Just tell your installer you need the product to be bench tested and he will know what you are talking about. It costs a couple of extra dollars but avoids costly un installation later on. We may need a receipt of professional bench test/installation.

The serial no. of the returned product matches that of our records.

The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. No cut wires. You will be charged for any missing contents and in saleable condition. We may deduct higher restocking or refuse the return depending on the condition of returned product. The decision of our Technical team on this will be final.

All shipping expenses to be borne by the buyer.

Remanufactured products are not exchanged. They can only be repaired by the authorized repair centers. While we can assist you with the process we will not accept any returns on remanufactured products. Hence you are encouraged to buy Ebay warranty on all remanufactured products by clicking on the following link.Pioneer Speakers and woofers have no warranty and shall be accepted back only if in unopened /not used condition.The discretion shall be ours

15% restocking charges in case of default on bid. This also includes erroneous multiple purchases and returns permitted by us irrespective of the reason of return.

Claims of any sort should be lodged within 24 hours of receipt. No claims shall be entertained thereafter.

The purchased product shall have to be installed by a professional installer. Receipt shall be required in case of any issue.

Please provide 1 business day to respond to emails.

                                            

             

We receive a large number of emails daily. We Endeavour to answer them within 1 business day. There may be some delay in this at the start of the week due to the backlog of the weekend.
