A.  What is known of each product is posted in listing descriptions. For additional product information and reviews, we encourage you to research online. Product descriptions include no seller embellishment nor intentional omission. For software product listings, we post features and updated operating system compatibility provided by publisher. With Cyber-Deals, in 99.9% of product offerings, no sale is final (unless prominently posted). We offer a no-questions-asked return policy.

Q. Do you have a Buy Now listing?
A.

Yes, for every open auction listing, we should also have an open Fixed Price (Buy Now) listing. Please search (or browse) listing title in our eBay Store. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you cannot find Buy Now listing(s).

Q. How do I cancel my bid/order?
A. If auction listing is still open, please review and follow eBay guidelines and procedures for retracting your bid. If auction is still open but you are no longer able to cancel since within restricted period, or if auction listing has closed, or if you have placed a Buy Now / Fixed Price order, please contact us.

Per eBay guidelines, bids and orders are binding to both buyers and sellers. We understand that there are circumstances where a buyer may need to retract a bid or not complete an order. Upon buyer request, we will submit a cancellation request with eBay. (Note: Though eBay readily approves such submissions, they may, upon their discretion, take action on buyer's eBay account, which is at their discretion and beyond seller control.)

  Through Paypal.com credit/debit card processing, if you do not have or choose not to use a paypal.com. Paypal will process your payment securely for you.

Money Order

  Though eBay no longer allows sellers to promote acceptance of mailed money order as payment, we do still accept money order payment if necessary

Check, wired, COD and other forms of payment are no longer accepted.

Q. How do I pay for my order(s)?
A. Please use the eBay Checkout feature on your "My eBay > Items Won" page. We accept Paypal.com, credit/debit card, and money order payment.

For multiple item orders, eBay's Checkout should automatically recalculate total with discounted shipping for the 90% of our offerings eligible for multiple-item shipping discount. (Yes, for the approximate 1% of our offerings not eligible for combined orders shipping discount, we do explicitly state such in listing.) If recalculated total does not appear to reflect multiple item shipping discount, please click the "Reset" button. If eBay Checkout out still does not appear to adjust correctly, please click "Request Invoice from Seller" link.

Q. Have you received my payment?
A. For paypal.com or credit/debit card payment, please check your account that payment was indeed sent. Also, for paypal.com payments, please check that your payment has cleared. If uncleared, Paypal directs sellers to hold order fulfillment/shipment until they further advise. We do download cleared Paypal payment daily to update orders. Upon shipment, we email a shipping notification and delivery tracking information. Both emails are sent to your eBay-provided email address.

Q. Do you offer multiple orders discount?
A. Yes, for multiple item/listing orders, we combine purchases with offered discounted shipping and handling, given all items are to be sent together to same address. For 1st item, please see "Shipping and Handling" shipping section in our listings for eBay generated shipping options and associated rates to your destination mailing address. Shipping and handling for each additional item/listing is only incremental $2.00 US:
  • A bundle/collection counts as only "1" item
  • Approximately 90% of our listings are eligible for combined orders shipping/handling discount.
    Yes, for items not eligible, we explicitly state such in listings; such are usually heavier items.

When you are ready to pay for item(s), please use the eBay Checkout system, which should calculate adjusted total, reflecting combined orders shipping and handling discount. Should the eBay Checkout system not show all of your items, not adjust for combined orders discount, or if you have any related question, please contact us through the "Ask Seller A Question" link, the "Contact Seller" link, or the "Request Invoice from Seller" link.

Q. How and when do you ship?
A. Unless otherwise specified (such as heavier items), we ship United States Postal Service (USPS). For shipments to USA address, buyer may select 1st Class or Priority Mail, both of which include delivery confirmation tracking. For shipments to non-USA mailing address, buyer may select 1st Class or Express Mail; tracking is NOT available unless buyer selects Express Mail.
  • Packaged with care!We do NOT ship Media Mail, even upon request -- no exceptions.
  • We within 2 business days, usually sooner  (not including Weekends and Holidays), following our receipt of your full, cleared payment.

Possible exceptions/delays:

  • Buyer requests shipment to be temporarily held pending further advisement (e.g. to send item with other pending purchases)
  • Open question regarding order or fulfillment.  We will email buyer if clarification or additional instruction is needed.  For example: the name/address associated with the payment does not match the name/address to whom package is to be mailed.
  • Ship-to address provided is not verified / confirmed by Paypal.com
  • Though all listed product is in-stock for ready fulfillment, occasionally, there may be a 1 - 2 day delay if product needs to be transferred from our off-site warehouse/storage facility.

Q. Have you shipped my order? What is tracking number?
A. For all shipments, we email a shipping notification to your eBay-provided email address.
  • Delivery tracking information is emailed separately for all shipments to USA addresses.
  • For orders shipped outside USA, tracking is only available if buyer selects Express Mail option; please see "Shipments outside the United States?" section

Should you not receive notification(s) with 2-3 business days of your cleared payment, please check your email "spam" box(es) for messages from sender "Cyber-Deals", fulfillment@c-deals.com, support@c-deals.com, or info@stamps.com. .

Q. Shipments outside the United States?
A. Prior to ordering, please review following shipping and service information, which differ from domestic (within USA) order fulfillment and service support.
  • We ship US Postal Service (USPS) 1st Class Mail worldwide to countries / regions where Paypal payment is available and to verified and confirmed Paypal-provided mailing addresses only.
  • Usual delivery period is 4 - 7 business days following shipment date. Actual delivery date may be delayed for undeterminable time period if shipment is held by Customs in destination country. Buyer / addressee is responsible for any Customs import fees which may be levied.
  • Delivery tracking and insurance only available if buyer selects Express Mail service. If shipment is lost or damaged in transit, seller is NOT responsible for any refund, replacement or other consideration to buyer. If Express Mail shipping option is not shown during eBay Checkout, please contact us through "Ask Seller A Question" link, "Contact Seller" link, or "Request Invoice from Seller" link. Express Mail rates may be found on usps.com;
  • Seller does NOT provide any technical support if product does not work. We will accept product return, however buyer is responsible for return shipping expense. See Returns / Refunds / Credits section for full / partial refund eligibility information.

Q.  When are you going to respond to my email?
A.  We review inbound email queues multiple times each business day (Monday through Friday, except Holidays) between 9am - 6pm, and respond on a first-in-first-out basis.  Timely response to incoming email is a priority for us, second only to expedient fulfillment of orders. In most cases, we respond within 24 hours.

Q. Why doesn't software install?
A. First and foremost, we are sorry that a problem has led you to this section.  We do not provide individual product title technical support. However, we always accept software return or replace disk if you are able to resolve attempted installation problem. Customers have reported identifying / fixing problem with one or more of the following tips and suggestions:
  • Recheck software compatibility with your operating system
  • Check CD/DVD disk for any blemishes / scratches
  • If software auto-install does not start upon inserting disk into CD/DVD drive, attempt to launch manually by browsing disk directory for a "setup", "install", "autoplay" or like executable file, and then clicking filename
  • If software appears to start installing (automatically or manually) but then stops/fails, temporarily disable active program(s)/utilities and re-attempt installation (Note: prior to temporarily disabling anti-virus, it is best practice to first scan all media/disks)
  • Skip past any prompted hardware tests. For example, if program asks if you want to test sound and video, do not choose and instead move/skip to next step
  • Check CD/DVD disk for any blemishes / scratches, and delicately polish/buff if needed
  • Attempt software installation on a different computer, preferably one which does not have memory resident programs loaded/running and which has default system settings
  • Browse software publisher support website for possible known issue(s). For majority of product, publisher information is printed on disk (and/or on packaging, if included)
  • Search Internet for possible similar issue(s) experienced by others

If problem persists, please contact us to return product or to report a suspected defective disk  BEFORE posting negative feedback.

While there is always the rare possibility of a disk being defective, in most all cases, inability to install software is usually due to operating system incompatibility or conflict with loaded memory resident software (e.g. anti-virus), system setting, or hardware driver. How do we know this? When we test a returned disk, we are almost always to install and run software without issue.

  • Browse software publisher support website for possible known issue(s)
  • Search Internet for possible similar problem experienced by others

About Us

In 1997, as a personal computer systems builder, we started buying and selling components on eBay. Over the years, as a user, we have been invited to and participated in many eBay site development and enhancement sessions with eBay and Paypal (even before acquired by eBay).  

As with eBay, we have continued to grow, refine and evolve, and were one of the original PowerSellers. Today, we feature a wide selection of kids "edutainment" (educational entertainment), adult learning, instructional and "how-to", and casual games software titles, from renowned publishers.
