Delivery took two weeks after FedEx brought the package to my state then shipped it off to Utah and then New England. Right now, the package is still in transit to who-knows where. FedEx is very difficult to deal with, and provided no insight into what is happening. But the seller responded quickly and sent a replacement toner by USPS and it was delivered in good condition and quickly. Kudos to the seller for their timely response.
