All items listed are in stock. We use both actual and stock images. The item shipped may differ slightly from the images above.
Customer orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received, without other bias or preferences. Orders are also subject to product availability.
If there is any revision to or cessation of products, CertifiedServers may, with customer's consent, ship products which have functionality and specifications similar to the products originally ordered. Customer will be given the opportunity to either reject or accept the substitute product, which may differ from the original product.

We accept all major credit cards and e-checks via Paypal. Please note that your order must ship to your confirmed Paypal address. Your order must be fully paid for within 72 hours (three days) from the date and time the auction closes. We cannot guarantee item availability after 72 hours.
We do accept credit card's over the phone if necessary, however Paypal is the preferred, faster method of payment.
Orders placed before 1PM EST will predominantly ship on the same day as they were placed. We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the specific purchased item’s size and weight. If you prefer to have your item shipped using a specific shipping method or to be billed to your account, please feel free to reach out to a member of our team.
Please note that at CertifiedServers, we do our best to make sure our products are not damaged during transportation. To that end, we use extra packing materials and special boxes to help ensure our customers receive the products they ordered in the same condition in which they were shipped. As a result, our shipping expenses may at times be slightly higher than those of other vendors. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. With that in mind, we provide a 90-Day Warranty
on all our products. Our warranty covers all products and product parts, with the exception of the RAID controller battery.
If your purchase is Dead on Arrival (DoA), damaged, or defective when you receive it, please let us know as soon as you get it and we will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
If you no longer want the product, but it is in working condition, then you will be responsible for shipping it back to us in the same condition it was received.
When returning our products, please make sure to package them in the same way they were sent to you to avoid any potential damage in transit, using the same packing materials. If you want to return a product but do not have the packing materials, please let us know before shipping it back to us and we’d be happy to send you new materials for the return shipping. If a product you are returning gets damaged in transit, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage.
As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank and credit card company as there could be a delay with processing.

8. Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, send us an email via eBay Messaging Tool
before returning it. We will create an RMA and send you a return label to send back the original item. Once we have received the original purchase, we will ship out your replacement. We can cross-ship (ship out a replacement before receiving your original purchase) on a case-by-case basis (not guaranteed); please ask our staff.

- My server displays a battery error
The RAID controller that came with your server has a RAID battery that allows RAID levels 5 and 6 to work properly. During transit this battery will sometimes discharge. Leaving the server running for 24-48 hours is enough time for the battery level to rise. If after this period your server still displays this error, please contact us for further assistance.
- Does this server support VMware ESXI?
Please consult the VMware Compatibility Guide to determine if the server you are looking for will run the ESXi version you are planning to run.
- My server powers on, but nothing is displayed
Please confirm that all cables are securely connected, and that all RAM and CPUs are properly seated. If you still get no display, please contact us at (718) 384-0792, or emailing us.
- I received my server with Windows Evaluation, why does my server shut down every hour
If you have Windows server evaluation installed, you must activate it to allow for a 180 days of evaluation, after which you must buy a Windows server license to continue to use it.
- Do I need to update the firmware on the server?
At Certified Servers we make sure to update the firmware on all servers, provided by the OEM, to the latest. Updating firmware when you receive the server will not be required.
- Would I be able to get a custom configuration?
If you cannot find a configuration already built on our site contact us at (718) 384-0792 to help us configure the server as you would like.
- Can you combine shipping on my items?
Heavy items such as servers, some networking equipment, and desktop computers must be shipped in separate boxes and as such cannot be combined in shipping. Placing more than one larger heavy item with another will most definitely result in shipping damage due to being too heavy and too bulky for any shipping carrier to handle safely. If you are looking to purchase a large quantity of an item contact us, and we may discuss freight shipping options.
- Can I purchase additional drives for the server I am buying?
Yes, you may purchase any additonal drives you would like for your server, which can be found on our store. Your drives will be added to the server; if you'd like a certain RAID configured on the drives, just leave a note and we will gladly set that up for you.
- How many hard drive trays are included with my server?
Your server will include as many drive trays, as it has drives. All other bays on your server will have blanks put into them, which do not hold drives.
- What is the condition of the item I will receive?
All items sold by Certified Servers are thoroughly tested to ensure their functionality. They are inspected visually to ensure that no major dents or scratches are present on the item when they leave the warehouse. However, these are refurbished items (unless otherwise stated) and have signs of normal wear and tear.
- By default all servers with drives in them will have a RAID configured on them depending on the number of drives.
- Servers with 1 drive will have a RAID 0
- Servers with 2 drives will have a RAID 1 between the 2 drives
- Server with more than 2 drives will have a RAID 1 between the first 2 drives and a RAID 0 or a RAID 5 with the remaining drives as allowed by the number of drives.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are generally shipped within 1 business day of receiving orders, except for configure to order(CTO) orders, which may take up to 2 business days to ship. Depending on your selected shipping speed your order can take up to 5-7 business days, domestically, to reach your location.

- Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship outside of the United States.
Please note that certain countries have restrictions on certain items being shipped, so please contact us, before ordering to ensure that we will be able to process your order.
- I want to cancel an order I placed
All orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled at any time for a refund by contacting us.
All orders that have left the warehouse must be shipped back before receiving a refund.
Please note that orders shipped back must be returned in unopened condition. Otherwise a restocking fee may apply on the item.
