This plush is adorable! However, it had a hole on its face when I received it which I was surprised by. It wasn't a big hole, however, and I can fix it. But the seller was kind enough to give me a full refund including shipping price which I am very grateful for and they also let me keep the plush. This must have been one of those cases where they just didn't notice the hole, and you know what? That's okay. I still love the plush and it was exactly what I wanted, so this is a great seller!
