The first shipment arrived opened and the box was in a terrible condition with parts scattered and extremely dusty. Had to refuse it not knowing what was missing. Bummer.... I ordered a nice highbacked John Deere Yellow seat for my riding lawn mower and forgot to order the mounting bracket. I contacted the supplier and they sent the bracket out and it arrived 3 days later. I was very impressed with the replacement seat and the seat bracket. Very impressed how quick the bracket arrived. I highly recommend this seller!!!!

I ordered a 1/2 inch Steel Keyed Shaft and Carnell Sales shipped me a 5/8 inch Keyed Steel Shaft. I've traded at least 10 emails and messages with him where he assured me he'd take back the 5/8 inch shaft and replace it with the correct 1/2 inch shaft. He promised he'd ship the 1/2 inch shaft for the last 3 weeks but I never got it. The realty is that this isn't about the money. I needed the shaft for a project so I just ordered a replacement from another vendor. Very frustrating vendor.
