I was trying to follow up with a tracking number from the seller and inadvertently hit the "Did not receive item" selection . Ebay withdrew the payment from the seller. The seller delivered the chair in good faith. When I try to correct the situation the screen comes up with "Opps ,We are experiencing a Hick-Up". I hope this gets resolved soon.
