CV Restoration, LLC does not accept liability beyond the remedies set
forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for product
not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business except as
expressly provided herein. CV Restoration, LLC will not be liable for
any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if
advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any
third party. The buyer agrees that for any liability related to the
purchase of product, CV Restoration, LLC is not liable or responsible
for any amount of damages above the amount invoiced for the
applicable product. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement to the
contrary, the remedies set forth in this agreement shall apply even
if such remedies fail their essential purpose.
Your satisfaction is our goal;
we stand behind all the products that we sell. Please make sure that
the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final
installation. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or
returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your
A 6 month "repair/ replace" warranty applies to all ATV axles & halfshafts, unless otherwise established. All parts are guaranteed to be free from factory defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty herein covers the replacement of a defective part within the original warranty period (six months from date of purchase). Only if a replacement is not available will a full refund be issued for the cost of the part purchased. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping is not covered under warranty. The buyer is required to send back a defective part for warranty at his/her own expense. A replacement will subsequently be sent at buyer's expense.
Most products come directly from the manufacturer and are intended for jobber purposes.
Instruction manuals may not be included. Installation by a professional is recommended in order to avoid damage to the product. Warranty may be voided due to improper installation.
Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.
- Warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, or consequential or subsequent damages
- Warranty herein is null and void for parts found to be used for racing purposes and vehicles with modified suspensions of any kind.
- Warranty does not cover boots or parts installed on lifted or lowered vehicles
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Replacement warranty parts will be sent to the original shipping address provided upon the purchase of original parts, unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed upon
On all warranty claims, the Purchaser is responsible for providing the original ticket number

Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery.
Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be
noted on the delivery receipt of the driver.
Damages must be reported and filed with carrier immediately. Orders
lost in transit must be reported to us immediately. We are not liable
for carrier damages. A claim must be filed with Carrier Company to
facilitate an exchange. If you received a damaged product, please
report it to us within 48 hours from date of receipt. No exceptions.
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order
to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock
we may have to split your order into multiple shipments, which we
would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured
that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond
those you have originally paid. You may also message us for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with

business days from date of receipt. If the wrong item was "due
to our mistake", we shall provide you with a prepaid mailing
label to ship back the wrong part. If the wrong
item is the customers’ mistake, then a refund will be made with a 20% restocking fee attached or if requested a exchange of the correct part in which customer takes responsibility of all shipping charges to and from.
All returns for refunds and exchanges must be shipped within 60 days from date of purchase. All returns will be given barring an inspection of the item. Item must be complete and in resalable condition. All parts must be included. Any missing parts can result in a additional fee or rejected.
Refunds are offer through the hassle free returns. Refunds that have been shipped correctly will be subject to a 20% restocking fee*
