Seller was polite, answer my questions, shipped in a timely manner, and the saxophone was packaged well. The instrument is in the condition advertised. Came with a new tube of cork grease, which I was not expecting. The saxophone has some few very minor items I may need a tech to look at, including somewhat loose action, and some minor difficulty on the very high (D and up) and very low (E and below) notes, but nothing major, definitely workable as is, and easily repaired by a tech. Very pleased
