    As items may be dispatched from various locations, unfortunately we can’t combine postage at the moment.

    What couriers do you use?

    We mostly use FedEx Express & DHL Express, although for our 'Free Int'l Shipping' products we will use other couriers like USPS Postal, Royal Mail or Aramex where the product is under Standard/Economy Service. Shipping to US, UK and most of the EU countries are done via FedEx Ground Service for FREE. However, Express Options like FedEx 2-Day may be selected at an additional cost.

    Who do i contact if i have a question about delivery of an item I ordered?

    Any questions relating to Delivery can be contacted to the respective Courier that your item is shipped with. You've to make sure to keep the Tracking Number available with you for support.

    How will I know my item is dispatched?

    You will receive a notification through eBay to say the item is dispatched and along with tracking details where applicable. This notification is usually sent during the evening once the couriers have collected the items.

    What is my order number?

    Your order number will be on the order confirmation email that we send when you make payment.

    My item hasn't arrived, what can I do?

    The dispatch email will give you a tracking number where applicable and links to the courier website to help you track the order. Although FedEx and DHL both provide consistently high levels of service occasionally a small number of parcels may be delayed by exceptional circumstances. We’re sorry if it’s been delayed.

    How do I pay for my purchase?

    We only accept PayPal as a method of payment.

    Can i pay by a Debit/Credit card?

    We only use PayPal, but PayPal will accept most major credit and debit cards in their checkout..

    Do you accept offers?

    We know everyone loves a bargain, but sorry, we won’t accept offers for Fixed Price Listings although option may be available for a few products in future.

    I want to buy the item, but there is no Buy Now button?

    Occasionally it can take time to update listings where we’re temporarily out of stock, or alternatively a listing you’ve bookmarked now has no stock available. If there is no buy now button, then the item is currently unavailable. If we get more in, then we'll update the listing ASAP and the button will be available again for you to click and buy.

    Can I pay by cash or by telephone?

    For your own peace of mind, and for Buyer Protection, we only accept payment through Paypal. You can pay via your Paypal account, or if you don't have an account, by any debit or credit card through PayPal’s Guest Checkout. We do not accept cash, cheque, postal orders, bank transfer or any other payment method.

    Can you send the item or reserve it and I’ll pay later?

    No, immediate payment is required on all Buy It Now purchases. Unfortunately we cannot reserve items available on eBay.

    What happens if the price goes up or down after I pay?

    You will always only pay the price listed at the time of your order. In the same way that for a purchase that you’ve already made we would never expect you to pay a higher price when the promotion ends and prices revert back to standard pricing, we’re sorry but we also can’t pass on savings if your purchase subsequently is offered at a lower price.

    I want you to send the item to an alternative address. Can you change the delivery address?

    Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address before paying. Due to the fact that we often pick and pack purchases within a few hours of purchase, we’re sorry but we are unable to alter the delivery address once payment is made and or the Tracking information has been updated on eBay.
