New York law states we are required to collect 8.875% state sales tax.
What form of payment do you accept?
We only accept PayPal through our eBay store

We only ship Domestic United States

If the price changes, can I get a price adjustment?
No we will not change the price once it is locked in and paid for. In the precious metals market the prices are always moving and we cannot be held accountable if the price will go up or down and we cannot make any adjustments to the price after the sale.We will not cancel your order once it is locked in and paid for.
How can I see when my order has been shipped out?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number automatically gets attached to the order and you can track the package. You will be notified via an automated email when this happens
What is your return policy?
There are no returns on bullion items. Collector coins may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if there is an issue with the coin or holder and if a 14 day return option is mentioned in the listing. The return policy, if any, will be noted in the eBay listing.
Will you send a package to an alternate address if requested?
All packages are sent to the address that is taken from your user account. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure your address is proper and in correct format. We only ship packages to the registered address linked to your eBay/PayPal account. We will not ship to drop locations or non USPS boxes.
I never received my order. What do I do ?
All orders we ship are fully insured. We must wait a period of 2 weeks from the last tracking update before we can file a claim. If the package is lost in the mail we will send you an affidavit, file a claim and get you a refund or replacement as long as the item is not marked as delivered, and there has been no tracking activity for two weeks.
Can I cancel my order, If i had made a mistake?
If you placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately via our contact system (eBay Messaging system) and state that you wish to cancel your order, also providing that you have no paid for it. If your order has been processed and sent to our shipping department, we cannot cancel the order. Please note repeat cancellations will just cause us to block you from buying from us in the future.
What do I do if I ordered a product, but the wrong one arrived?
Please contact us via eBays messaging system or call us 1-212-354-1517 and speak with our Trading Desk and we will work on resolving this matter. All shipments are recorded via video cameras for verification.
