I made a horrible mistake on the year passed I even proofed read it. I reached out to see if there was anything I could do to fix it. The manufacturer said it's to late for changes but offered to make a new one at discount. She did not have to do that. Showes great customer service. I will buy anything I need from them. This seller is outstanding! Loosing 2 pets this past yr, we originally purchased the 12x6 marker for Willie who passed earlier in '23. Our 2nd loss, Izzy just has happened in the last month & being deep in mourning, we changed our minds. Deciding on a larger 12x12 marker for her due to the length of the epitaph we wanted.
