  I need to cancel my order, what do I do?    
  As long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel it. Just send us a message via ebay asking us to do so and we’ll be happy to cancel it. You will get a notice from ebay requesting that you agree to the cancel. If you do not agree, the item will eventually be submitted for an unpaid item which means you’ll end up with an unpaid item strike. It’s easy to avoid, simply agree to the request. discourage canceling orders because of the trouble and expense involved, so please be sure before you commit to buying.
However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, only returned.
   
       
  How do I find my tracking number?    
  Your tracking number is automatically uploaded to your ebay order details. Just look there to find it.

  How can I determine how much my shipping will be?    
  Each listing provides basic shipping costs for domestic, canadian and international shipping. You can see all available options by clicking on the eBay Shipping and Payments tab near the top of the listing.    
       
  Will you ship to my P.O. Box?    
  Yes, we are glad to ship to P.O. Boxes via Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Please keep in mind that Fedex does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you provide a P.O. Box address and we need to ship via Fedex, we will contact you for a physical address. Your best option is to provide both your P.O. Box and physical address in your paypal address so that sellers can ship to either one. As stated in our listings, we reserve the right to choose either method to ship with depending on your location and the size of the item purchased.    
       
  Will you ship to an APO/FPO address?    
  Absolutely. We are proud of the men and women who serve our country and we are happy to ship to an APO/FPO.    
       
  Your item description gave a delivery time but it has been longer than you said. Where is my item?    
  We almost always ship within one business day. Unfortunately, once it leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery service. The times given are estimates only and while they usually meet their estimated delivery times, they do sometimes miss it. And of course, the further away you are from Vermont, the longer the item takes.    
       
  I live in another country and I have not received my item. It’s been longer than you said. What can I do?    
  Honestly, the best thing we can say is a) let us know you have not received it and we can put a trace on it and b) be patient. delivery can sometimes take longer than the estimate, especially if there is a delay at customs. Also, it’s important to note that the shipping estimates provided by eBay are in Business Days (not weekends or holidays) and do not include weekends.
Most items going to Canada take 10 days to 14 business days with some items getting there much quicker and others taking longer. Items going internationally can take longer. Again, always remember that we ship your item within one business days!
Please note, packages sent via First Class Mail International. If you want the highest degree of security and tracking, you must select Priority Mail.

   
       
  Can you ship my item internationally as a gift to save me customs duty and taxes?    
  Sorry but no. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws. For customs purposes, all items will marked with the price paid.. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
   
       
  What happens if my order is never received?    
  It’s extremely rare but once in a while packages get lost. In that event, after working with the postal service to try and find it, we would issue a refund for your item. Also, packages are sometimes returned to us as undeliverable. Should this happen, we will contact you via e-mail and give you the option of having it re-shipped or treated as a return. Please note that if you wish to have the item reshipped, you would be charged for the additional shipping.    
       
  Why don’t you ship snowboards to my country?    
 

We ship via USPS and Ebay's Global Shipping Program, (the only price reasonable methods). Most countries have a size restriction on them which makes it impossible to ship a snowboard via USPS because the board is too long. Some companies will tell you they will ship a board to your location via the postal service. Unfortunately, you may or may not get the board since it is within the discretion of the postal service to reject an item that exceeds the maximum length. A large percentage of boards do go through but a number do not. We do not wish to have you be disappointed when, after waiting a while, we have to notify you the item was rejected. Because of that we do not currently ship snowboards to many countries. We are actively looking for cost effective ways to do so and if we find a way, we will begin offering shipping.
Fortunately, Ebay has now started their Global Shipping Program which has added a number of countries that we can now ship snowboards to. In addition, they are adding more countries all the time so you may be able to get a board from us soon.
Finally, there are third party companies that will ship your board for you. In some cases, you buy the board and ship it to them and in other cases, they buy the board for you. Bongous.com is just one example of a company that offers such a service. There are also companies that specialize in shipping to certain countries such as Russia and japan. Just do a google search to see what is available.

The tracking hasn't updated on my international package...what's up?
If your package was shipped first class international or a Priority Mail flat rate envelope, then there is really no tracking. The only thing we can provide is the customs form number. This will allow you to see that your item did ship and eventually we'll know you got it but in between, there are no updates.

If your package was shipped via Priority Mail or Express Mail, you will see more limited tracking. You will most likely all these steps (but not always). You should see the package was accepted by the post office, that it reached the international sort facility in NJ, That it was scanned through the sort facility (which means that on that date it left the US) and then there will be a long period of time when nothing happens. When it arrives in your country, your postal service then takes over the delivery of the package. They are (suppose to) scan the package which will show it has entered your countries customs facility and then scan it when it goes out for delivery to your local post office and then finally, that it has been delivered. At any point, people sometimes forget to scan the package so not all these steps appear every time and some countries postal services are much better at doing it then others.

As always, if you have not received your package within the expected delivery time (Priority Mailis 10 - 14 business days, Express Mail 5 - 7 business days, Priority Flat Rate 10 - 14 business days and First class international  simply says delivery times vary), please send us a message and we will attempt to assist in getting your package delivered. However, please understand that we cannot tell you anymore about where your package is then what the tracking says. All we can do is, after the package has exceeded the expected delivery time, request a trace of the package.

The tracking number for my international package says it was shipped to Kentucky...what's up?
Some items are shipped internationally using Ebay's global shipping program. A great example is a snowboard. These are often too large to ship via USPS so the only way to ship it to you is this new program. Ebay's main processing center is located in Kentucky. We ship it directly to them and then they deliver it to you, often for less than it would cost to ship it any other way.

   
       
 
Returns and Exchanges
   
  How do I make a return?    
  Just send us a message that you wish to return it along with your reason and we’ll issue an RAM for you. Ship the item back to us at Boarderline Insanity LLC., Attention: Returns, 357 Sunny Hill Drive, North Clarendon, VT 05759. Be sure to mark your RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure proper credit. Note: No returns are accepted without the RMA. Packages returned without that, will be refused. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt and you must have the item on the way back within 7 more days in new or like-new condition. Any tags that were with the item or original packaging must be included. We will refund your account for the item, minus the free shipping cost (if applicable) and a 5% restocking fee to cover eBay and other selling expenses. All refunds are issued via paypal. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return.    
       
  I received an email stating that you refunded my account after my return, but I do not see the money in my account. Where is it?    
  If you used funds in your PayPal account, the money has been returned to your PayPal account. If the source of funds was your credit card, PayPal usually returns those funds to your credit card. Since all our eBay transactions are handled through PayPal, we recommend that your check your PayPal account. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact PayPal.    
       
  How do I make an exchange?    
  The easiest way to exchange is to let us know you want to do so and buy the new item from the store since we have limited quantities and cannot hold items for exchanges. People walk in and buy items and so we cannot guarantee an item set aside for exchange would be there. If you purchase the replacement item, once your original item arrives, we’ll issue a refund and we will wave the restock fee.
If you choose to do an exchange without purchasing the one you want, we will attempt to honor your request but we cannot guarantee that the item you want will be in stock by the time your return arrives. In the event it is not, we will simply issue a refund as described under refunds.
   
       
  Why are some items non-returnable?    
  The vast majority of the items we sell are returnable. When an item is non-returnable, it can be for a variety of reasons: Some items, such as swimsuits and underwear and swimwear, cannot be returned due to various state or federal laws and good hygiene.    
       
  I liked my item when I opened the package, but now that I have worn it, I don’t like the feel of it. Can I return them?    
  We have a 14 day return policy. However, the item has to be in new condition, in its original packaging materials. Once you have worn your item, they are no longer new and we cannot accept their return. While a large department store may accept returns, they have to pass that cost on to their customers. We prefer to keep our costs low and accept only those items that can be resold as new.
We encourage you to try on your item before removing the labels and destroying the packaging materials. If you find you don't like it or it doesn't fit well, we are happy to exchange it or accept a return. See our return policy for full details.
Remember things like boots will take some time to break in so be patient. If they seem to fit properly but are stiff etc, they just need to break in. Also, remember that most boots are heat moldable and will begin to form around your foot as you were them. Wear them a lot before you go boarding so you won’t have problems when you hit the hill.
   
       
  You sent me the wrong thing!    
  We make every effort to send you the correct item. Once in a while, however, a mistake sneaks through. If we made a mistake packing your order, or if the description is materially different than the item you received, let us know right away and we’ll take care of the problem.
Please note that this guarantee only applies to our errors. It does not apply to items that do not fit or items you do not like. For example, if you ordered (and received) a size large, and you need a size medium, our guarantee does not apply. Product Questions
   
  What size snowboard should I get?    
  The rule of thumb is that you should purchase a board that is between your chin and your nose. Some riders like them a bit shorter or longer but the norm is that. To calculate how long a board that is, take your height in inches and multiply it by 2.54 (cm in an inch). Now take the result and multiply that by .9 to get your target size. You can usually go 4 cm up or down from that number so if the number comes out to 154 cm, you can usually ride a 154 – 158 no problem. A less experienced rider would be better going smaller rather than bigger.
