After you have won an auction we will notify you by e-mail. Please pay within 5 days of receipt of this notification.
We accept the following:
• Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Paypal.
All domestic orders are shipped Free, fully insured, via UPS Ground Service or by Registered Mail via USPS. All orders valued at over $3000 would be shipped FREE by Second Day Air. We ship most orders orders within 2-5 business days after receiving payment. Rings that need to be sized usually take 3-4 days. Customized orders can take up to 14 days. Once your item has shipped we will notify you and will send you the tracking number. We will ship to APOs but we would require you to provide us with any necessary id information we might want. If you need us to ship by a faster service please notify us.
The following charges would apply:
• Next Day Air $23.50+insurance
• Second Day Air $14.50+insurance
If you are an international customer please contact us before placing a bid. We will let you know if we ship to your country and what the shipping cost would be. We do not ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa and the Middle East. All international customers are responsible for the custom and import duties levied by their country. We have no control over this and do not possess all the information about import duties for various countries. Please place an order with us only if you are agreeable to paying the custom duties placed by your particular country.
All New Jersey State residents are required to pay the applicable sales tax.
We stand behind every piece of jewelry we sell. We offer a 5 day no questions asked money back policy. If for some reason you decide you do not want to keep an item we require you to notify us within 3 days. We will then send you an RA#. You would be required to mail the merchandise back within 5 days of the receipt of the same. We cannot take back merchandise that has been resized by you or altered or worn. Merchandise will have to be returned in the same condition and with all the certificates or appraisals that were sent with it. Custom orders cannot be returned. We will replace any item that is defective. All items must be mailed back fully insured. Blue Ice Diamonds will not be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged when they are shipped back to us. You will be refunded the entire cost of the item minus the shipping charges. Refunds take about 5 working days to process.
Our customer is our most important asset. We will try our utmost to provide the best in service. If for some reason we make a mistake or you are unhappy with our service please let us know and we will do whatever is needed to fix the problem. We try our best to provide you with a very personalized service.
A note about our clearance items. These are overstock items at the manufacturer. We do not stock them. Manufacturers can sometimes sell out of these items between the time we list and you buy. In that case we would refund your money immediately. We have no control over this issue. We offer these low priced items so that customers can take advantage of it. If you see something you like we suggest you buy it immediately.
We, at Blue Ice Diamonds try our best to enter the most accurate information. But sometimes mistakes do happen. We are not responsible for such typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any such information. Most of our pictures have been enlarged to show detail. This is to give you, our customer, a better idea of the piece of jewelry you are looking at. Due to the fluctuating prices of diamonds, gold and other gemstones we reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
