I order a hood they said was in stock. I asked after 11 days of hearing nothing about my order and they told me it was due to electricity being out. That it would be shipped out soon. 5 more days went by and still didn’t hear anything when I contacted them they said the same thing and offered a refund.. poor communication poor customer service poor follow thru with fulfilling orders. Would never recomend.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the outage. We ship from warehouses across continental U.S., however most of our hood are currently stocked on warehouses further north in states heavily impacted by the weather this year, like Colorado, Missouri, Michigan and Indiana. We're getting more inventory we're spreading further across other states to mitigate the chances of delay should we have other outages in the future. ~

The ad listed it as a direct replacement for my part.The radiator would not bolt up.This part was for a plow truck on contract with the state. I sent the seller pictures and an explanation of the problem. I made the decision to modify the radiator so that the truck would be ready for the incoming snow storm. Monday they responded offering to send a return label, I told them I had modified it and asked if they could do a partial refund, IE the shipping cost. They said no and quit responding.
