Seller describes this item as a "keeper for watch strap band or belt". Ordered and received the wrong size. Seller ignored two email messages requesting an exchange. Forced me to initiate a return through EBAY. Only then did seller message that his item is for watches only, though his item description says "belt". Ended up costing me $8.00 in lost shipping fees.

Firstly, your order has been refunded in full from our end. Regarding the product description, in some international countries, "keepers" are commonly referred to as belts. This is why we included the term in our listing. We do not have any problem with our previous customers since our listing clearly specifies the measurements in millimeters, so you should know that the keepers way too small for your belt. It's unreasonable of you to left us a negative feedback!
