All items are shipped to the contiguous United States using UPS Ground. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or the Caribbean Islands.
We stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
Please note: Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept items that have been damaged or soiled.
To return an item you first need a Return Authorization Number. To receive your Return Authorization Number please contact us.
Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused at the warehouse and sent back to the sender.
