Our new genuine Harley-Davidson parts, including new primed or painted tank and fender sets, can only be sold to individuals. We cannot sell them to shops or custom painters. Sorry about that.


  • If you receive a defective item(s) or an inaccurate order, please contact our eBay Parts Department at 1-800-796-8192.
  • Do not send any items prior to making arrangements with our customer service department.
  • If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges in their original conditions within 14 business days from the date of receiving.
  • Items must be in the original condition that they were shipped, NEW parts must not show any installation markings.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We do impose a 20% restocking fee. If the item you received is significantly different than described, incorrect, incomplete, or you are otherwise unsatisfied due to an error on our end, the restocking fee will be waived and we will send a call tag for the return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.

  • Please be advised that due to particular technical specifications and the settings of your computer, the color of items may or may not be accurately portrayed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an auction at any given time since the items are on sale here at our store.


  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) Excluding Federal Holidays and Weekends.
  • Canadian and other international customers will receive a fair USPS Priority Mail shipping quote. Insurance is required for all international orders and will be automatically included in the shipping cost. Please do not ask us to change the declared value of goods or mark items as "Gift". Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and any taxes implemented by Customs. If you do not want to pay dues then don't purchase.
  • Expedited shipping is available. Please email us with your shipping information so we can obtain a cost quote.
  • If you would like to arrange shipping yourself, please contact us prior purchasing item to set up arrangements.


  • PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Payments for all auctions must be made within 7 days of auction close. To pay by credit card please call (800) 796-8192 toll free or Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm Mountain Time.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax.
