    What payment methods do you accepted?

    We gladly accept PayPal and all major credit cards. If you select a PayPal e-check which is equivalent of a personal check, orders will be held until PayPal sends notification that your funds have cleared.



    Do you ship international?

    We currently use eBay's Glogal Shipping Program. Please note that eBay;s Global Shipping Program does not allow combine shipping.



    What shipping methods do you have available?

    Clubs ship USPS Priority Mail. Iron sets ship FedEx Ground. Apparel, grips and other small items usually ship USPS First Class Mail.



    When can I expect my order to arrive?

    All orders received Monday-Friday by 10:30am PST excluding holidays, will ship same day. All others will ship next business day. We suggest using they carriers website for better tracking since eBay’s tracking does not update as often. Please note that the estimated arrival time is provided by eBay not us and is often incorrect.



    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Since we are based in California, we are required by state law to charge 8.25% on all sales shipped to a California address.



    Do you allow local pickup at your location?

    Please call ahead before buying your item and we will try and work with you on local pick up Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm 209-888-4494.



    What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?

    If a package arrives damaged pleae contact us at 209-888-4494 or email us Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm 209-888-4494 and we will get you taken care of. If your tracking has not updated in 5 days plaese contact us so we can put a trace on it. DHERE
