  • What payment methods do you accept?

Breed currently accepts payments from PayPal.

  • Is it safe to use my debit card on your website?

 

Yes it is perfectly safe for you to use your credit card on our website. We use a range of different security measures to make sure that your personal and financial information is protected.

  • What is your PayPal policy?

US and Canadian Customers:
We will only ship to the Confirmed Address on the PayPal account. If you enter an unconfirmed address, we will ask you to place the order again and give you a full refund.
International Customers:
We will only ship those orders placed via a verified PayPal account. For some orders, we may ask for identity and/or address verification information. For orders placed via an unverified PayPal account, we will, at our discretion either cancel the order or ask for identity and/or address verification documents before shipping.

  • Can I make monthly payments through my PayPal account?

Yes, however this is only available to those customers that have a PayPal credit card. If this is not the case the item must be paid in full.

  • What can cause my order to be delayed?

Your order might be delayed if:

  • The billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file.
  • There is a public holiday in the US.
  • Inclement weather conditions in Florida.
  • Why was my order declined?

A transaction can be declined for numerous reasons. Some of the most common reasons are entering the credit card information (number, expiration or AVS code) incorrectly, entering the wrong billing address or not having enough funds in the account.

If your card is declined please try the following:

  • Re-enter the credit card information.
  • Check the billing address; if it is different from your shipping address please update it.
  • Try a different card.
  • If the same card is declined multiple times please contact the issuing bank to confirm the billing address entered is exactly as it appears on your card statement.

 

Please Note: Each transaction attempt that is declined can put a pending transaction on your account. These are pending holds your bank places on your account; they are not charges from us. They will be released by your bank in 2-5 business days.

  • I have multiple charges on my account.

Multiple charges can appear on your account for 3 reasons:
Multiple declined order attempts will cause multiple charges to appear as pending on your account. Please keep in mind that pending transactions on declined transactions that have been placed on hold. These transactions will fall off your account within 2-5 business days. If the transaction appears on your account for longer than 5 business days please contact us.
Orders successfully submitted multiple times will cause multiple charges on your account. If you have multiple approved charges on your account please contact us.
Post purchase items can also cause multiple charges to your account. Post purchase items are items that you selected to add on to your order once the original order was successfully submitted. This will show two transactions because there is one charge for the original amount of your order and a second charge for the additional items that were added on.

Shipping and Taxes

  • Are there any customs and duty fees involved?

US Customers:
US Customers have to pay no tax and duties unless they are in Florida.
Rest of the World Customers:
All the customers outside US are responsible for all tax, custom duties and brokerage (if processed by UPS or FedEx) in their respective countries. Please contact your local customs authorities for further information for your particular country.

  • Can I track my order online?

We provide tracking numbers with all of our shipments via eBay, which can be tracked online.

  • Do you ship on Saturdays?

We ship on Monday to Friday only. Holidays and weekends (Saturday/Sunday) are excluded.

  • Do you ship to hotels?

Yes we do ship to hotels. Customers are responsible to verify the length of stay so that the shipping arrives within that time frame.

  • How are shipping rates calculated?

Breed is connected directly in real time to FedEx, UPS and USPS servers and rates are calculated directly through the respective company servers.

  • What about shipping insurance?

Orders shipped via Express or Priority shipping will be insured at no extra cost.

  • What shipping methods does Breed use?

Breed uses the following shipping carriers in North America:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS

                Breed is part of the following shipping services for International Customers:

  • eBay Global Shipping Program
  • When will I get my order?

The following are expected travel times after the item leaves our warehouse. Please allow for warehouse processing times, which may vary from 24 hours to 72 hours, given that the item is in stock.

North America:
1-7 Business Days after order is processed, based on the method of shipping chosen, delivered as late as the evening.

Rest of the World:
Please refer to the Global Shipping Program eBay offers.

Breed guarantees timely dispatch and requested method of shipping only.

  • Where does Breed Products ship from?

Breed Products will ship from its warehouse in Florida, United States.

  • Is there a cost for shipping?

US Customers:
Free shipping (standard)
Priority or Expedited Shipping charges vary.

Rest of the World:
Shipping charges vary. Please refer to eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

  • How long does it take to deliver my order?

This depends on the type of shipping method selected. Transit time starts the day after the order is shipped. For more information on our shipping options shipping transit times please refer to the table below.

  • I have not received my order?

First, be sure to check the status of your order and track your shipment online. If it indicates that your order was delivered and you still do not have it, be sure to check with your local postal carrier (or post office) and they should be able to assist you. You will need your tracking. If the order exceeds time frame of delivery, please contact us and provide us with your shipping address.

  • My package shows as being delivered but it is not.

Please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number to see if they have the order. If they do not have it please contact us and provide us with your shipping address so we may look into this for you.
We also recommend doing the following:

  • Check with other individuals who are at the delivery address
  • Check with neighbors
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier
  • I received my item and it is damaged.

If you receive a damaged item please contact us so we may assist you.

  • I believe you sent me the wrong item what do I do?

If you feel that you may have received the wrong product, immediately contact us, and we will be able to assist you with a reshipment or exchange.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no we do not ship internationally. However eBay.com has an international forwarding system, which allows you as a buyer to have the ability to ship your item all over the world. Some customers ship their item to a third party shipping company and that company then forward the item to the international destination.

  • What is a Return to Sender package?

A return to sender package is a package that is returned back to our fulfillment center by the post office or UPS due to the fact that they were unable to deliver the package to the address on the shipping label or it can be a package that is refused by the customer.

If you refused your order, there might be a 15% restocking fee and the shipping and handling cost is non refundable.

  • Why am I being charged for Sales Tax?

The current default rule throughout the United States is that a seller must collect sales tax on Internet sales to customers living in the same state where the business has a “physical presence.”
For Examples:

  • Breed is operating solely out of a warehouse in Miami, Florida and makes a sale to a customer in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Breed is required to collect sales tax from the Fort Lauderdale customer.
  • Can you refund my Sales Tax?

I'm sorry but we would not be able to refund the taxes on this purchase. We are in Florida and the address you provided us to ship to is here in Florida as well, this is considered to be a Floridian transaction therefore taxes are applied to the order.

  • Is there a way that you can upgrade the shipping for me?

We apologize; an upgrade is not available on the shipping. Yes, if purchasing a new phone then it will be brand new not sealed.

  • Are your unlocked phones compatible with my service provider?

As long as your service provider provides a SIM card, you should be able to use any phone that you purchase from our website. However, for data compatibility, you should contact your service provider to see if the device is accepted in their network.

  • Can I place an order over the phone?

No. We are sorry but we do not take orders over the phone for security purposes. All orders are processed securely through our online servers.

  • Are there Breed Certificates or Gift Cards?

No. We are sorry but there are no certificates or Gift Cards at the moment.

  • Do you have a storefront?

  • Do you offer live chat support?

  • I want to talk to a live person, Can I call you?

  • My GSM service provider does not have SIM Cards, Why?

If your service provider does not have SIM cards, then it may not use GSM technology on its home network. For example, Sprint uses CDMA technology.

  • OEM Accessories vs. Aftermarket

OEM (original equipment manufactured) Accessories are the accessories made by cell phone and PDA manufacturers. An important point many people are unaware of is the fact that OEM Accessories are mandated by international standards as part of the qualifications for ISO certifications. In most cases, if not all, the use of Aftermarket Accessories voids the manufacturer's warranty.

  • What is GSM Bands 850/900/1700/1800/1900?

GSM technology can work on multiple frequencies: 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz, and 1700/2100 MHz. Some GSM phones support all the bands or frequencies, or just a couple. A dual band phone supports only two, usually 900/1800 or 850/1900. A tri-band phone supports three bands, either 850/1800/1900 or 900/1800/1900. A quad-band and penta-band phone supports all GSM bands. Quad-band phones are able to work with any and all GSM service providers. On the other hand, GSM service providers (mobile companies) support just a subset of all the GSM bands available. Before buying a GSM phone, make sure the phone supports at least one of the bands that your GSM service provider supports.

  • What do I do if my package arrives with missing contents?

  • What does backorder mean?

A backorder means that we are currently out of stock of the particular item. The ETA (estimated time of arrival) for back-order items is 7-10 business days. The item may be in transit so placing an order for the phone is still a good option. In case the item is neither in transit nor in our inventory, we will check for item with our supplier. If it is not possible for us to get your order, we will inform you right away, as we do not like to waste our customers’ time.

  • What is 3G?

3G, short for 3rd Generation, is an umbrella term used to represent the third generation of mobile telecommunications technology. This technology allows cell phones (and other devices capable of connecting with wireless networks) to send and receive data at speeds comparable to cable or DSL.

  • What is 4G?

4G is the fourth generation of cell phone mobile communications standards and is a step up from 3G wireless technology. 4G is supposed to be anywhere from four to ten times faster than today’s 3G networks. 4G was previously only available in limited areas, but that footprint has increased considerably. Many carriers market their service as 4G but make sure you understand the main candidate systems: HSPA+, LTE and WiMAX before giving into the 4G hype.   • What is GSM Service Provider?

A GSM service provider (carrier) is a company providing you with a working line and phone number. To do this, they will provide you with a SIM card that you insert in your device and activate your phone.

  • What is a SIM Card?

A SIM card is a small flat rectangle plastic that contains a microchip. This microchips is the heart of your phone, it contains your phone number, your address book, and the necessary information for your phone to work. All SIM cards look the same, but the microchip inside is different for every GSM service provider.

  • What is an MVNO?

An MVNO, Mobile Virtual Network Operator is a wireless communications services provider that does not own the wireless network infrastructure over which the MVNO provides services to its customers. An MVNO enters into a business agreement with a Mobile Network Operator to obtain bulk access to network services at wholesale rates and then sets retail prices independently. Some examples of MVNO’s are MetroPCS, Simple Mobile, H2O, Red Pocket, Solavei and Straight Talk.

  • What is an unlocked phone?

An unlocked phone is a phone that can work with any SIM card and/or GSM service provider.

  • What is Bluetooth?

Bluetooth is an industry specification that describes how mobile phones, computers and PDAs can easily interconnect with each other and with home and business phones and computers using a short wireless connection.

  • What is GPRS?

General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) is a mobile data service available to users of GSM mobile phones. It is often described as "2.5G", that is, a technology between the second (2G) and third (3G) generations of mobile telephony. It provides moderate speed data transfer, by using unused TDMA channels in the GSM network.

  • What is GSM?

Global System for Mobile Communication. Originally developed as a pan-European standard for digital mobile telephony, GSM has become the world’s most widely used mobile system. Mobile Network Operators like T-Mobile and AT&T in the US are GSM based networks.

  • What is MMS?

Short for Multimedia Message Service, a method of transmitting graphics, video clips, sound files and text messages over wireless networks using the WAP protocol.

  • What is so special about an unlocked phone?

An unlocked phone is a phone that can work with any GSM service provider as long as that service provider provides you an activated SIM card.

  • When I buy my phone at the store it brings more accessories, why when I buy it through you guys I don't?

When purchasing from a retailer such as AT&T, T-Mobile they include extra accessories such as memory card, headsets and/or a case. However, when purchasing from a wholesaler such as us, these extra accessories are not included. Most of our package includes basic accessories which are battery, backdoor, charger and quick user start guide.

  • Will this unlock GSM phone work with Verizon?

No it will not work, as an unlocked phone it will only work with GSM Carriers. This means that it will only work with Carriers that provide their services using a SIM Card, it will not work with CDMA Carriers such as Sprint, Verizon or any other CDMA Carrier.

  • Do you guys sell wholesale or can you give me a better price for more than 1 item?

  • Do you guys have a restocking fee?

Any return due to buyer's error or buyer's remorse may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • My screen crack how can I get it fix through the warranty?

The warranty that is provided to you only covers manufacture’s defects. This means any defects related to the manufacture of the item. For example: won’t charge, it is overheating, the applications are force closing, it is resting itself, won’t retain charge, cannot hear the other party via speaker or earpiece, etc. However, if the item has any type of physical or water damage the warranty is AUTOMATICALLY voided. If this is the case we advise you to contact your service provider and see if you are able to file a claim through your insurance (if purchased).

  • Will you guys price match?

Since our rates for the items listed online are already competitive in the online market, pricing is not negotiable.  We hope you find something special in our collection for yourself soon. 

  • I asked to cancel my order, where is my refund?

Your order has been cancel. Please allow a period of 24-48 hours to pass for the funds to be reflected back on your account.

  • Does the phone include original headphones?

No. Package includes basic accessories which are battery, backdoor, charger and quick user start guide.

  • Does the item come with any warranty?

There’s warranty with our company only for 60 days refund or exchange from date of purchase.

  • Can I get the location of your store to look at the item in person?

All of our purchases are made online and shipped immediately within 24 hours.  We are currently not open to the public, as a retail store.  You can expect once you place your order it is shipped within 24 hours by our fulfillment center.
