The mistake was caught 1 day later and they had already had it out for shipment, and the company did everything they could to help with the error. With many communications, UPS ended up returning the boxing mitts back to the company, and they immediately sent them out to the correct address without even asking for additional shipping costs.     B2 fitness have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond and I’m really grateful. After the evri driver kept my parcel I reported this to the seller (and evri) and B2 fitness replied promptly and sent me out another to replace the stolen item which I really appreciate as it was a Christmas present for my husband.
