Damage Refunds or Replacements
We inspect all our items before making custom boxes for them. On rare occasions, items do arrive damaged due to mishandling or overstacking of weight. In these instances, we offer refunds or replacements if the item has been damaged during transit.
- Please contact us first within 3 days of receiving the damaged item, you DO NOT have to send it back within the 3 day period.
- We are not responsible for damages if the buyer does not want to contact Fedex.
- If refunds are indicated in the listing and you do not like the item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will be issued to you in the form of merchandise credit in the amount of the purchasing price minus shipping and handling charges.
- There are no refunds if indicated in the listing. These terms mostly apply to our custom made frame styles since they are not made until ordered.
