Horrible experience. Received bow in a beat up box. Bow was damaged on the limb pocket and the grip had something melted on it. The box looked like it was beat up prior to being shipped. Seller was terrible at communicating. There excuse was multiple people look at the messages. Never got a offer to replace item in anyway or to make it right. Had to get ebay to step in and help. Would never do business with mikes archery ever again or recommend anyone to either based on my experience.

Packaging could have been better. Likely the fault of the shipper not Archery Connection. The box containing my order looked like it was destroyed and rebuilt with tape. It would have helped by adding some kind of packaging materiel to reduce the impact on my order in transit. That said everything was intact but there was 1 broken part not mentioned in the order description. I’m still happy but getting my order from origin to my house looked to be brutal.

Advertised free shipping then asked for $40 to ship after I won bid. Ebay said he should honor free shipping as stated instead this shady company lied and said something was wrong with my address and refunded me rather than doing the right thing. Wasn’t right for seller to do what they did. I would go find somewhere else to bag stuff! First seller who wouldn’t do the right thing in 22yrs on eBay!👎
