Here is why:
1. The seller is understandable, and there were no problems even despite me paying a little late (4 days after accepting the offer)
2. Shipping was fully tracked, and it took only 4 days to get delivered!
3. Monitor has no problems, and came in a secure box. It successfully shows 4K resolution in 60Hz using DisplayPort cable.

Monitor is in good working condition. Although it appeared very securely packaged, and the box did not seem damaged, a corner of the monitor was broken (but didn't affect function, for now). Seller was kind and gave me a partial discount due to the damage.
