Horrible experience. All their wireless controllers are junk. Break immediately. Then they will pretend to help you until the warranty is up so you can't do anything. I've offered to pay the shipping back to them so they can confim they are broke. They refuse. They want meto perform all of these tests on the controllers. Well I'm not an electrical engineer or an electrician to know how to open these controllers up. In my opinion, I feel I was scammed by this business.

Sorry，we check that you initially purchased 2 controllers, after received the product and claimed that one of them didn't work, so you were reissued one.
However, after receiving the new controller, you claimed that all of the controllers did not work and you are returning all of them. We wanted you to take a video of your operation to understand the situation, but it was refused.
