I bought a USB receiver from this seller for my controller. The receiver worked great but my controller was having a lot of issues. I reached out for tech help on it and they gave me a lot of help, even though I did not buy the controller from them (only the receiver). Although I didn't get my controller working, in the end, they let me either return the USB if I pay shipping or keep the item for partial refund, I chose for the partial refund. I think this is great customer service overall!
