 Q: International shipping rates / combined shipping?
  A: Please check USPS website for shipping rates to your country. Combined discounts are more than $5 off for international buyers because cost is based on shipping weight. Your country's customs office may add import fees to your order. This is not included in your payment to the HNP.
 Q: Why do these shoes not look like others I've seen?
  A: Many of the manufactures we buy from sell items exclusively to different regions. Your local stores may not have been shipped this style. Additionally, many people order custom shoes then return them--and those custom orders are sent to us. We Guarantee that every item we sell on our site is 100% Authentic.
 Q: Do shoe trees come with shoes since they are in the pictures?
  A: No. The shoe trees do not come with the shoes. The trees / shapers are for our photo booth and we do not sell shoe trees with our shoes. We use shoe trees so you can get a good look at how the shoes fill out when your feet will be in them.
 Q: I sent an email, why haven't you responded?
  A: Our customer service office business hours are 6:30 to 3:00 EST. We will get to all messages the next business day. Promise!

 Q: Oops - I selected the wrong address to ship my item(s). Will you please change the shipping address?
  A: Sorry - PayPal and eBay do not recommend sellers alter or change the shipping address for an item sold. PayPal and eBay have this policy in place to prevent fraud - so people can not use your eBay account and have an item shipped to them. Although other sellers may do this - THE HITCH--N--POST WILL NOT ALTER SHIPPING ADDRESSES.
 Q: Hey, why are you not responding to my eMail?
  A: We do reply to every message we are sent in eBay. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 6:30-3:00 EST. Messages received outside of these times will be answered the next business day.
 Q: How will you ship my item(s)?
  A: Generally, all items are shipped in a box. We use a USPS box or our own Hitch--N--Post box. For smaller items, we may use USPS padded envelopes. All items are wrapped in paper.
 Q: Do you use tracking numbers?
  A: Yes - eBay and PayPal require all items shipped to use tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded when we purchase a postal label. The tracking numbers are in your eBay Buying History and in your PayPal Transaction History. You will get an eBay message when the label is created letting you know the expected delivery date.
 Q: How much has an item been used?
  A: We buy direct from major manufactures and major department stores in the USA. Pre-owned items that are returned to stores are shipped to us with no mention or history of previous owners.
 Q: Where's my package?
  A: All of our items ship within 1 business day of payment clearing PayPal. We ship with USPS. You can get more up to date tracking by going to
 Q: How do I return my item (s)?
  A: Please let us know why you want to return your item(s). Request a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA by contacting us through the eBaY message system. The Hitch-N-Post service team will send you a RMA e-mail with instructions to return the item. The RMA e-mail must be enclosed with the returned item and RMA writen on the box.
 Q: Is this authentic?
  A: Absolutely! We have been buying directly from retailers for over 7 years. all of our items are 100% authentic. Please read the description provided by the listing agent carefully before placing your bid.

  A: No problem. Mistakes happen. Glad you caught the mistake before the item arrived at your door. Email us requesting to cancel the transaction. If you need your bid canceled, you can call eBay and they can guide you through the process.
 Q: I want to by several of you items and want to take advantage of combined shipping discounts you offer.
  A: Combined shipping is offered to items purchased at the same time -- paid for on the same invoice. If you PayPal account is set for auto pay, please cancel the auto pay. All of our items ship the business day after payment is made. If you want more than 1 item, buy pay for each individually, you will get each item individually at full rate.
 Q: Do you need to cancel your bid?
  A: If you need to cancel your bid let us know. If you need to cancel your winning bid, please understand there is a 10% restocking fee imposed for canceling. Be sure to read the entire listing before placing a bid and paying for your item.
 Q: I'm really wanting this now and I'm willing to pay now.
  A: We can take a credit card payment through our PayPal virtual terminal. Credit cards we take: Visa, Amex, Master Card, Discover. Debit card payments take 3-7 business days to process through PayPal. We can take a Money Order. Email us the tracking number you purchase when you sent the money order and when it arrives, we will ship your item(s).
 Q: What are the measurements / size / length / width of these shoes?
  A: Sorry - we do not provide measurements. In the past, people would ask for measurements without understanding the last - the shape of the shoe / boot. We supplied the measurements, then the shoes was reported to eBay as defective because while the out-sole measured up to the customer's needs, the 3D aspect - the fit of the material over the foot.
 Q: What are the measurements of this purse / wallet?

 Q: Can you ship to another address than the one I have on file in PayPal?
  A: sorry - we will not alter shipping addresses. PayPal and eBay do not allow sellers to alter shipping addresses. This actually helps to protect you from fraud.
 Q: Do you hand write your labels?
  A: No - all shipping labels are generated by PayPal when payment clears your bank. PayPal sends our eBay account the address you chose to have the item(s) shipped to at check-out.
 Q: Is this item authentic?
  A: All of our items come directly from the manufacturer, are original and 100% authentic. We buy direct from major manufactures and major department stores in the USA.  Q: Can you post or e-mail more pictures of the item?
  A: On many auctions we use stock pictures for items without flaw(s). We cannot post or e-mail additional pictures.
 Q: Can I exchange an item for another size?
  A: We do not exchange items, but do accept returns according to the return policy.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Contact us for return authorization for items within 7 days of receipt. Shipping is the buyer's responsibility with a 10% restock fee for the return unless there is a problem with the auction. Items must be returned in the original condition. Seller reserves the right to determine the amount of any refund. NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ITEM(S).
 Q: How do I return my item?
  A: After receiving authorization, package the item in the same manner it was received. Return it using USPS parcel post with a copy of the return authorization e-mail.
 Q: When will my return be processed?
  A: Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Please do not contact us until after 7 days of receipt.

  A: Items are normally shipped the US business day after payment processes through PayPal. You will receive a shipment notification e-mail.
 Q: Why does the USPS tracking number display "Shipping Info Received"?
  A: USPS does not perform pickup scans.
 Q: Do you combine shipping or discount shipping?
  A: Discount shipping is offered for items paid for together at checkout only. The shipping discount is 1/2 of each additional item. The 1/2 price discount applies to the lowest shipping rate first.
