How It Works

1. Pick and read the terms of  the package you like.
2. Check availability with us BEFORE you purchase.
3. Purchase and pay for your package if your dates are available.
4. Follow the link in your purchase confirmation email from eBay to fill out our internet based reservation form immediately after your purchase. Allow up to three (3) full business days to have your request processed and confirmed. We will contact you if additional information may be needed before we can confirm your reservations.
5. We will email your confirmation  to you.

Payments: We accept payment via PayPal or you can call our office at (423)245-8200 and pay by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. If you pay via PayPal, we require you to place a credit card on file for your vacation. No Checks or Money Orders.

Availability: Dates are confirmed by an email confirmation letter with a confirmation number. To try to ensure your availability, submit your online reservation form as soon as possible after you purchase your package. Holidays fill up quickly.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Reschedules and cancellations must be requested by email with your your name and confirmation number (if applicable) before being completed.

This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering. Reservations cannot be made until you have completed payment of your package.

To ensure accuracy, reservations are taken via our online reservation form at   You are responsible for room taxes which are approximately $10 ~ $13 per night (not per person) and all items of a personal nature. All vacation packages require a major credit (or a debit card) be on file with our office.

Refund Policy

A full refund is provided in the event we cannot confirm your desired check-in dates.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

Reschedules or Cancellations must be submitted in via email to in accordance to the terms listed on the package you purchased. As long as you abide by the terms of the cancellation policy, you will be allowed to reschedule. Should you violate these terms, you will forfeit your purchase and all monies paid and will be subject to additional charges. There is a $10 cancellation fee if you cancel and don't reschedule.

Other Important Information

Reservations: Reservation requests may be made immediately after purchase via our online reservation form. Reservation information is contained in your winning bidder notice or for information on making a reservation please contact us. Once your reservation request has been submitted, we will process your request with our resort. Please allow 3 full business days for the processing of your submitted reservation request form. All confirmations are sent via email address to the email address you listed on your reservation request form. Please note: reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email.

Tours: We do not schedule tour times or set the qualifications for the promotions. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 or 120 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of the vacation package offer. Couples must have photo IDs with matching addresses, be traveling together and attend the property tour together.
