Shipping

We ship promptly upon payment.
Buyer assumes all shipping and handling costs.

We use large diameter, heavy-duty, hardened cardboard shipping tubes.  The cost of the tube (about $4 USD) is included in the shipping quote.

We ship world wide and have fabulous international customers in the U.K., New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Italy, Germany and Asia.

Shipping with insurance and tracking

For most prints, insured shipping and handling is USD $18.00 within the continental U.S. via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping includes insurance and tracking. Worldwide shipping is recommended via USPS Express Mail and charged at actual shipping and packaging costs. Contact seller prior to purchase or bidding for a shipping estimate to destinations outside the continental United States.

We reserve the right to require full insurance, particularly when the shipment includes rare or secondary market prints that cannot be replaced.

Shipping without insurance or tracking For most prints, uninsured shipping and handling is USD $10.00 within the continental U.S via USPS Priority Mail. Note that this shipping rate does not include insurance or tracking; please ask if you require insurance and tracking. Worldwide shipping is recommended via USPS Express and charged at actual shipping and packaging costs. Contact seller prior to purchase or bidding for a shipping estimate to destinations outside the continental United States.

A buyer may waive insurance and tracking at his/her own risk. We reserve the right to require insured shipping for certain prints such as rare or secondary market prints that cannot be replaced.
International Shipping

Although we recommend you ask us for a shipping quotation, the following guide is provided for International Shipping. These are estimates only.  Open edition prints that will fit in a 24 inch tube can generally be shipped via Global Priority to Australia/NZ, the U.K., Europe and Canada for USD $25.00. Larger limited edition prints can generally be shipped via Global Express including insurance and tracking to Canada, Australia/NZ and Europe for USD $40.00. Our policy is to ship rare secondary market prints with high value (greater than about USD $500) via Global Express and in a large 5 inch diameter tube. The charge is usually USD $35.00 to $45.00 for Canada, Australia/NZ and Europe in these cases. Again, this information is provided as a guideline; your actual shipping charge may vary.

We are not responsible for duties or taxes levied on your goods which may be dealt with at customs.

Combined Shipping We are happy to work with you to minimize shipping and handling costs – please ask. Subject to some limitations, we can often package several prints in the same shipment. At our discretion we may require separate shipments to ensure your prints arrive in the best possible condition.
Packaging Method We ship prints in large diameter hardened cardboard tubes. Each print is wrapped in tissue paper, and very gently rolled with the image to the inside of the roll. The rolled print is carefully inserted into the tube with padding positioned inside both ends of the tube. Plastic end caps are securely taped in place. This is a robust method of packaging and we have experienced few problems.

When you receive your print, carefully open the tube and remove the rolled print. Gently remove the tissue and allow the print to unroll and relax on its own accord - do not force the rolled print open. Remember to minimize handling of your print to avoid the possibility of damage. We suggest allowing a professional framer to handle your print if you are unsure about procedures..
Non-Payment We regret having to add this policy. We are so pleased to do business with the vast majority of our customers; it's been a pleasure. However, please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel bids from eBay members who have not paid for auction or store items. We also maintain a blocked bidders list. We understand that extenuating circumstances do occur, and we will work with all our buyers to resolve problems.
