Like previous brooks saddles I have purchased this one is beautiful likely the most beautiful I have paid for. The item was shipped to me quick, like I paid for it and within two hours it was out of the sellers door and got to me in record time. It was package perfectly and the price was the cheapest in all of the internet. Seller was great communicating and professional. Highly recommend this seller. Outstanding experience.

Received the product quickly and price was good. There were two minor issues: 1 the product was advertised as: COMES IN THE ORIGINAL, UNOPENED PACKAGING. A zip tie had been cut and the packaging had clearly be opened. 2 The item was advertised as: NOT A FACTORY SECOND NOT A RETURNED ITEM. However there are a few minor, manufacturing defects on the rivets that attached to the nose which is somewhat asymmetric. Sender offered a free return. I declined offer as not worth the hassle and flaws minor.

The product arrived new, but it was scuffed a bit probably during shipping. This seller is misleading. The item's description stated that it will be shipped with insured USPS priority 2-day air from California. Instead it came from USP ground for Oklahoma. And UPS mangled the box the item was shipped in. Fortunately it works, as this seller appears to use AI in its customer service, which is not very helpful. Instead of resolving the shipping issue, the seller silently changed item's description
