The item arrived as described and in the proper time frame however, I'm surprised it still worked.
I heard a loud thump on the concrete ground in front of my front door that alerted me my package arrived.
If that's how the package was treated upon delivery, I could only imagine what it went through in transit..
I opened the box to find almost NO packing. Just 1 thin layer of bubble wrap.
Dell builds sturdy products.
