Items were exactly as shown in listing, promptly shipped, Seller definitely fulfilled his part. These sticks fit the proper spec., but computer repeatedly failed to post with them. Most likely my bad -- maybe something overlooked from not having done this for a long time. (And Ripjaws have a BIG form factor, compared to several others.) Will replace with Corsair sticks that have been shown to work in this computer. (But NOT the Vengeance series, which are about as big as the Ripjaws.)

Item was well packed and came in good condition. Doesn't seem to want to work, but that's 100% a compatibility issue with the system I'm trying to install it in. As a seller that has had buyers cancel orders because they bought something before reading a very explicit description, I urge other buyers to read the description and be prepared to take accountability for compatibility issues as explicitly stated in the product descriptions. Good seller!
