General Guidelines

Please contact us if you have any specific questions or concerns BEFORE bidding or buying. We're not always able to be completely aware of the applications or specifications of every item we sell, so we ask that you research your purchase carefully and make sure that it is really what you want or need before purchasing.

We sell most items with a "no-DOA" guarantee, which means that your item should not be "dead on arrival". If we're able to test the item, we may be able to provide some additional details, such as operating condition, performance information, boot results, or creating a printout or photos of the item powered up. In the case of network equipment, we may be able to provide a console report of the current status and firmware version of the device.

Some items are sold "AS-IS", which means they are not eligible for returns or refunds. This is usually because an item is obviously broken, incomplete, untestable, does not power up, or all of the above.

In all cases, please refer to the item description for the specific guarantee.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or does not accurately match the description in the listing, please contact us as soon as possible via email at sales@3rtechnology.com or toll-free at 1-844-582-7100 to arrange for an exchange or return.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases of damaged items, DOA items, or if the item is not as described. As an R2:2013 certified recycler, we are happy to receive back any unusable components of any purchase you make with us.

Customer Service Hours

We have always been committed to providing the best possible customer service, and we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, we are available 11 AM until 7 PM Tuesday through Friday, and Saturdays from 11 AM to 5 PM, Pacific Time. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Feedback Policy

We leave feedback for buyers once the item(s) have been delivered and we know that the customer is happy with their purchase. When we have received positive feedback from our customer, this is usually expedited. Otherwise, we typically review feedback once a month.

If there are any problems, please contact us ASAP via phone or email us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Per eBay Rules: Contact your trading partner and try to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback. You cannot remove Feedback you have left, so be sure to leave only fair and factual comments and ratings. Try to use negative feedback as a last resort. These comments and ratings are valuable indicators of your reputation as a buyer or seller on eBay.

Local Pickup

You are welcome to pick up purchase at our retail location. We do not charge a pick-up fee and you save shipping and handling costs. You also have the opportunity to take a look at the many items that aren't available in our eBay store. Our stock changes every day, sometimes by the hour!
