I found 2010*durham to be without ethics and extremely unprofessional, they excel at "bait and switch" marketing tactics. When questioned about why they did not provide the item pictured in their add they replied the item was for color only, not the product. They also refused to pay for return shipping. I find this organization to be nothing but a fraud and full of lies. I trust eBay will take action against them.

deerslayer-2009 did not read the discription for the item and purchased the wrong item. We asked for them to return it, they refsued to return it so we could exchange for the correct item that they wanted. deerslayer-2009 should not of left a negative feedback for this item they recevied the item they purchased.
