Seller didn’t send the item, and has failed to send me a refund in spite of numerous requests to do so. He does not answer messages unless you ask many times. He misrepresented the date of the prints and only has one of the three prints, not the full set as advertised.

I placed an order on July 11 and I never received tracking info. I reached out a couple weeks later and he did not respond. I still hadn’t received it and after reaching out a few times, I received no response. I filed a complaint with EBay and then he reached out telling me to pay him first and he will ship it. I had already paid thru PAYPAL the day I ordered it. I replied and showed him the copy of the payment and he has yet to reach back out. I have filed a claim with eBay and PayPal.
