All items must be in new resalable condition with tags attached. Additional s/h may be required to reship new item of choice(equal value). S/h charges are not refundable. Return s/h costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Thank you.
We are always happy to combine s/h charges. We take the highest s/h cost for one item and the 'each additional item' cost (located at the bottom of each listing) for each additional item. Please allow us to send you an invoice. Cat toys will differ on combined s/h charges than dog toys. International buyers, please email us BEFORE you purchase so we can send you a s/h quote.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ship many items overseas. We ship promptly but it can take 10 - 14 business days to arrive depending on customs (business days are m-f). If your item seems 'over due' please contact us.
Every country can charge their own duty tax on items. The buyer would be responsible for these charges. By law, we can not mark items as 'gift'.
